Porcelain Urn with Black Bees Transfer
This is a classic urn shape. Made of porcelain clay. I threw this piece in three sections then joined them when they were still wet. The small lid fits snugly in the flanged neck ready to be sealed. Decorated with black bees transfer motif, the classic clear ice crackle glaze gives a depth to the surface. The metallic rim and foot make this a signature piece. Signed, "Sullivan, Canada" on the foot rim. 7" Diameter 12" Tall. Holds 72 ounces.
