Wall Fish: Pike (Walleye) with Divided Arabesque Transfers in Black/White/Turqoise
My very popular wall fish have been swimming away in schools over the last few years. Here's a new one! It is a walleye, which I understand is also a pike. I built this hollow then I decorate with carving and with applying print transfers. Both decorative motifs on this fish are based on arabesques, divided by a fine double line. A lotus flower adorns the darker of the two, along the bottom. The length of this one required a little extra work, but the results are truly elegant. Hangs on two holes in the back, so they can swim! Signed "Sullivan" and Canada on the back. 27" long x 9"tall x 3" deep. Please note the packaging on the larger wall fish is extensive, that is why the price is so much more than the guppies, but they are worth it. Indoor enjoyment only.
