Returns and Exchanges

If you are not happy and satisfied with your purchase, please contact me right away. I want to do my best to make it right for you. Should you wish to make a return, you have 14 days within which to do it after receipt. The work must arrive back to me intact; I will then refund the cost of the work (but not any shipping incurred by me). Return shipping cost is also up to you. So! Understand that returning a piece isn't that easy BEFORE you purchase. Over the decades I have actually received, wow, maybe 4 returns that I can remember! And that is so rare that I remember!
