Shipping of Pottery, Sculpture and Garden Signs

I will ship your purchase within 5 business days via Canada Post Expedited.

Delivery within Canada is 2-7 business days (usually 2-3 days in Ontario)

Delivery to the USA is 4-9 business days

Tracking will be provided upon shipment.

Shipping Policies

I take pride in my packaging and shipping. You will see upon receiving the piece the care with which I take in the packing. Many people remark upon it. In the unlikely event of damage, please contact me immediately with photos and I’ll make it right. Every piece has been insured, but I will need the photos to make a claim. 

 Customs and Duty

Any customs fees or duty that may be incurred during shipping are the responsibility o the buyer. We have not had any feedback or comments from USA customers about additional duty or customs charges so we believe packages are reaching American destinations without additional charges.
